WALT: explain the legends of St Patrick.
Long time ago in Britain in the year of 387 Maewyn Succat was born. Maewyn Succat was a given name from his family. His parents were Calphurnius and Conchessa. They were a high ranking Roman family.
When he was sixteen years old the Irish raiders kidnapped him and sold him as a slave. He dreamed to have a ship so that he can escape and get back home to his family.
In the afternoon there were snakes in the town and the people of the town were frightened. The snakes always slide around and scare everyone. Maewyn was visiting the town and he saw every single snake sliding around. He was holding a long stick and drove them in the ocean and know the snake an vanished
After then the people of the town were happy and when they saw Maewyn they walk up to him and said thank you.
On the year 17th March 461 A.D he died of the saul. During the 385 A.D he was born in Wales, but he grew up in Britain. Maewyn believed that he wants to buried himself in downpatrick.

I liked reading your story that was about St Patrick. I did one just like you. Learning about St Patrick was really interesting. Do you think it was fun learning about St Patricks?

I liked your story but some of it was not making sense. For my writing it was based on St Patricks as well. Did you know that they annoced that St Patrick's is a public holiday? Did this story take a lot of time to think of?
